The last 3 years I have met some lovely students from all walks of life. Each student went away very confident in what they had each learnt and now I am receiving pictures of their recent cakes.Keep sending them in ! My aim is to spark their creativity, give them the skills and confidence for this wonderful cake decorating craft, much better than scrap booking you can eat them!!! All classes have a maximum of 4 students . Everything is provided a yummy chocolate mud cake, ganache and all cake decorating tools and equipment , so there are no long lists of what you need to bring ,it is all provided.

My aim to have every student leave with a sense of achievement. Like most hobbies and crafts, equipment can become costly. What makes my classes unique; I provide everything you need for the day.All cakes and biscuits are provided ,unless it is baking workshop, even a box to take your creation home. You will have the opportunity to use a vast array of tools and equipment and discover their uses. Whether this is a one off class or the beginning of a great craft for you,I will show you how to achieve great results. All my classes allow plenty of time and there is no sense of rushing .

Bookings are made direct to me via telephone 33882453 or email jackie@contemporarycakes.com.au All classes require full payment before attending , I will send you the payment details. If you have not paid you will not be booked in. Bookings are made on a first in basis. Once payment has been received I will email you with a booking confirmation and receipt of payment.

Payments can be made by internet banking , payment by cheque made payable to Mrs Thompson or a money order available to buy at Australia post.

If a class is cancelled, a full refund of the class will be made , or if you choose , transferred to another class to the same value. No refunds or transfers will be given for classes not attended . Please send someone to take your place. Gift vouchers are also available. Please contact me for further details. Corporate classes are also available.
